I have a few tips :

If you make a sniper server put more maps in the server then other servers 10 is enough.
Don't put to big maps in the rotation snipers don't like that.
Do something new like Free-for-all maps or something.
The most important thing is "active" mods not mods that only play 2 times a day lol.
And put some temps they are needed aswell.
